When I bought it, it was described as "bear head" I asked what it meant but never got a reply. It is a ...

Re: For the leverlock geeks
All good to know. Especially that others share my Jones for lever locks. Always looking to learn more. Is there anyway to determine whether a black scale is composite or Delrin? Does it make a difference in value or longevity?

Hubertus Tang Stamps and Etchings
In error I posted this to the wrong board. Sorry for the duplication. I would like to learn more about the Hubertus lever lock knife. I found a tang stamp ID chart for Boker that went back 140 years on line. It identified all of the tang stamps and etchings with a year of use range. I would like one...

Lever Lock with borderline peek
What causes blade peek and how can I prevent it? My newly acquired Lever Lock is 1/32" from peeking and I don't want it to get worse if at all possible. Thanks to all who respond.

JimBrown57,
More trouble than I expect is enough to scare me off. How would I get a repair estimate from you? I live in SE Michigan so shipping should be easy.
Thanks.
