Is This One 'CIA'?

Again, my files are too large so only these fit. Forged blade with fullers. Pig skin sheath but blade stamp, 'Stainless/Throw' makes no sense to me. But a very well made knife that I have owned for years.

I left a message on another board about 'Saul Eig'. A Miami, FL importer of 'Saturday Night Specials, knives and other misc. cutlery. Eig was in and out of court because of the guns. I kike Ram horn but I don't see anything current that I would buy. I did order a drop point from Pakistan, no Damascus, in a traditional pattern and am still waiting.
