I did a bit today. I will shape the lockbar after I drill the pivot hole. Then I will make the spring.

I missed this thread a few weeks ago. That was a great trick to make the base for the rocker. Getting two separate pieces with two even holes can be tricky. I never thought of having the two pieces connected until after they were attached. And this way there is no side movement in the rocker at all...

No not built as a carry knife. Thats illegal where I am. I just built it for a guy at work who wanted one. But it would fit in the pocket nicely.

Progress pics. I make the rocker/sear bracket in one piece then pin it to the liner then cut off the bottom bit with a Dremel. then I have 2 solid rails for my rocker. Not long now

I shaped the back to final size where it touches on the lockbar. I will heat treat then shape to final size testing as i go.
