The "O" has been identified as "OLBERTZ" and the oreign "FOREIGN" designates for Export Sales. A very unusual example.

Anyone have any info on this Solingen maker "OREIGN" AND "O" stamped on the reverse.

My buddy has suggested "OREIGN" is a incomplete "FOREIGN" stanmping marking for export. But I can't find anything about "O"

I've had almost the same results, the man is a true craftsmen. After seeing his engraving I started to search for a worthy candidate for him to doodle on.
