AGA Dates

I seen some AGA Campolin knives with dates on the blade tangs.

Are all Campolin knives now dated?
Or just certain models...

When did this start?
Are all unmarked models made before a certain date

Thanks...VOSGTC

Re: 11" Stag Kris

If it were a capital "I" it would have connected with the right top part of the "T". I have to use 30X glass to get good view. I do not have access to a macro lens to share the view. Maybe later today, I can try for a cleared pic. Looked again. The T & I seem to have a light strike, while the rest o...

11" Stag Kris

One more knife in the drawer that needs identified better. 11 inch, bolster release. Stag handle. Tang marked "STiLETTO (over) ITALY" The "i" is lower case, the rest is capitalized. No other markings that I can see. Brass liners. Manufacturer? Age? Value? https://www.dropbox.com/s/072r1l56b8a1xb1/DS...

Best carry in a OTF double action?

I’m lookin for a decent quality DA/OTF for daily carry. Small enough for concealment in the front pocket of pants. Really don’t want to go over a buck and a half.

There seems to be a lot of talk of the AKC F-16. Should I just buy 3-4 of those and replace as needed.

I guess I mean not something carried for little ulity jobs such as cutting string.

Maybe lock blade folding and fixed blade with finger guards?

Origin of Swivel Bolster

When was the swivel bolster first used?

Why are new knives made with Picklocks, when the swivel bolster is so much easier to use?

Legal concealed carry of knives?

Does anyone know of any states that allow the concealed carry of fighting knives?
With or without a concealed carry permit?

I know Ohio concealed carry permit is only for handguns. Just curious.

Re: Size matters

provides for a nasty surprise for some horse's rump that's feeling violently "frisky".

I've got a Kel-Tec P-32 in a holster wallet that is ALWAYS in my right rear pocket. It carrys like a regualr wallet, and is legal. The whole set up cost less that some of the knives I've seen lately.
