Re: 11" Antonio Contini

She's a beauty, Thom. He did a great job matching the scales. Interesting how he changes his choice of pin placement from knife to knife.

Amazing collection! I don't think I've ever seen so many Latamas on one place.

Re: Antonio Contini Swinguard

Thanks Thom. I got this off his website. I've been watching it for years, just waiting for something that checked all the boxes. I saw your knife during a search a while back (I think you may have mistaken your ram's horn scales for bovine horn in that post?). I can see why you call it the Assassin ...

Nicely-tuned action, solid lockup of both blade and guard and great attention to detail, e.g.; whether by design or luck, this is ...

Re: Need more Pictures

Nice LL collection, Chris. I particularly like the white bayonet just right of center.

At this point, you must have a whole damn room devoted to nothing but displaying Italian automatics (I'm not envious at all, BTW :?).

Re: Finally a 9" Latama

Sa-weet! Seems like you've been feelin' the Latama lust for a while now, and it paid off in spades.

I think it's perfect as is.

Re: "Newer" Wandy?

Nice looking knife, Chris. Can't remember where, but I read that they used lacquer on the stag during some transitional period builds to achieve that amber color.
