Nice. Looks to be Italian made for the German importer?

Re: Opens with flick of finger

I know what you mean. They certainly attracted us as kids wishing they were switchblades. Here's a couple favorites from my small collection...

Re: mini picklocks

Nice! I don’t have a single 4 pin mini like those. They fetch a good buck ($).

Re: Japanese picklocks

The Japanese copied the Italian picklocks with these in the 50's. Then, they copied the Italian swinguards in the 60's with the Rizzuto Estileto Milano. They usually seem to stay under $200, with a few exceptions.

Re: Latama 12CM Picklock Closeups

Beautiful! I believe Bill just restored one very much like that. I learned there’s some sort of pearl laminate over the celluloid (if I understood correctly). Or, maybe the pearl was over horn(?). I’m losing my memory.

Re: Boker improved cutlery

... Interesting that all the 'dolphin' knives shown are only in the 13" size.... nothing else. ... I’m not exactly sure which you’re looking for. The newest run of Renzo Pascotto flatguards (etched with Dolphins on the back) are 35cm, but there are also “Dolphin” knives by Beltrame and Massaro in s...

Re: Knuckle leverlocks

I’m sure there must be a way to wrap those knuckles around your fingers and deploy the blades, but I just can’t figure it out 🤣. I think the knuckle OTF’s would be much easier.

Re: Shellpuller

Nice! I have a similar example stamped Jndiana Extra, also Italian, that I believe I paid in excess of $350 for. It’s been a while, so I think that’s what I paid. So, you stole that one! 🤣.

Hello friends, I’m looking to add a Dalton Cupid to the collection. Looking for any Cupid outside of the mini. Willing to pay top dollar and in any condition. Thanks fellas! There's a nice one on BladeForum for a decent price. May go quick! https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/dalton-cupid-550-micro...

lol... Who is making these high quality Black Widow's for Angelo you think?
For some reason, I keep thinking Lepre has something to do with them, though I could be mistaken.

Is it possible that they have stored these knives from first or second production run and are selling them now and then? Demand is very high on these knives so they get double the money easy..
I’m fairly certain they are brand new builds. I highly doubt Angelo would hold back on making money 🤣.

Re: Campolin/Lepre Black Widow

What are the chances that these guys will make another run of this knife? I get the impression from the shellpuller thread that this is not always a certain thing with the Maniago cutlers. As mentioned above, they're back! They've just about doubled in price since the original prototypes were relea...
