The white pearlex I shared is 9”, from 2015. I can’t remember the AKC models. And, I’m not sure if A.G.A. Campolin offered these in 11” or not. Could be.

Beautiful! It’s great to see Renzo Pascotto still at it! Did Lucio Di Bon distribute these? Does it have the “Dolphins” etch on the back?

Re: Latama

It appears from this thread that no one knows who is making any of the knives coming out of Maniago these days. Regarding the Black Widows are they truly made in Maniago? I have recently acquired two and they are quite impressive.

Beretta92 wrote: Mon May 04, 2026 2:21 am Who makes the knives on the Latama site that occasionally pop up?
It's been Frank Beltrame, but these days, it could be someone making them in the Frank Beltrame company name.

Thanks, Matt! And, yours is gorgeous! What a great price you got it for, and on eBay to boot. Of course, $600 was a heavy price 12 years ago, but look at them now!

8" Latama Flatguard

Late 1940's 8" (20cm) Latama Flatguard Picklock. No liner cutouts, dovetail spring. Partial quote from a scene in Full Metal Jacket: "...there are many like it, but this one is mine." :)

Re: The value of each one of these Leverlocks

What surprised me about that bolster stamp is, that blade etch can't be any older than mid-late 1990's at best, and I didn't realize they stamped SPRINGER on the bolster since much earlier than that.
