Hope someone can help. I’ve been gifted a Siebe Gorman divin knife and if I turn the sheath upside down the knife falls out which I’m pretty sure should not happen. On looking inside the sheath I can see a strip of metal which I think would have something to do with holding the knife in place ...

Further to my post on the 1899 sword? I have found the markings shown below on the inside bottom of the guard. They read from top to bottom

can’t make it out

The 1 3 0 and 2 0 all have a line through them.
Would anybody have any idea as to their meaning ...
