Dont think its late 1800s either Terry ,I think its probably 1940s earlly 50s but I am not sure as I have never seen one marked Boker & Co improved before . Just posted this tree guide from a search I found to show the subtle differences for this stamp . Maybe Bill will know more ,would like to know...

buttonman Can't quite decide the age from the pics shown ,like to see the lever spring but it could be an early one with that improved cutlery stamp . Looks a nice leverlock to me ,there is a few write ups on Bokers improved cutlery on a google search ,the knife possibly made in the U.S in New Jerse...

I think these 3 shown have something about them ,poor quality but sort of interesting .

These don't show up that often ,and at 13 dollars it's just a giveaway price as they are well built knives .

Definitely looks to be a Bonsa to me aswell with that trapezoid lever and overall build and look .
Nice to see the clip point blade on it ,i'm used to drop point blades on these .
Baron probably added their stamp but its a real nice one to have.

I would definitely leave this be .It just looks so beautiful as is .

Love thise flatguards on it ,adds something to aesthetics . in my opinion .Beautiful horn ,large button and blade is in great condition ,add that patina and its a life keeper .

Thanks for letting me know the value of that little FES otf Mike and Terry ...I am shocked but I have always kinda liked it ,and to be honest any switchblade I have is now precious to me ,cheapo or not . I think some interesting knives have been shown here by all ,and its great to see...
