Re: Hubertus marked RUSCHEN?
Ive taken a few shots for you Sammy. If there are any knives in particular you want to see I'll take clearer pics. They are mostly Sheffield made penknives, some Liverpool. I used to look for different scale materials at car boot sales and antique fairs. Two are one hand opening knives, by James watt...

Re: Hubertus marked RUSCHEN?
Thanks Bill, how do you spot these things? What on this knife gave that away.
Are they common? It may be a good first restoration project, it fires but it's terrible really, spring needs attention, and pins need tapping in firmer,
What date Bill? 1970s,
Regards Ian

This knife has had a hell of a working life and needs knife surgery! But I like it. It's marked RUSCHEN ...

Re: Rostfrei import swedge blade
What's the definition of transitional Bill? Is it the D stamped liners, nickel bolsters, short safety and the shape, finish of the knife, I'm only looking on my phone but these look like nice knives that John has posted here. I've ordered a copy of Switchblades of Italy, can't find much on transitio...

Would you ship to the UK, Michaelz.
If you did begin selling these in the near future.
I'd be interested if this was possible.
I'd like one.
Thanks Ian

Re: Rostfrei import swedge blade
John, these are beautiful! Please feel free to hijack my thread if these are the hijackers:) I love them, and how great they look in all these different sizes and scales, it's obviously taken great time and knowledge to achieve this. I must take time to study makers, and I hadn't heard of Virginia u...

Re: Soviet/Russian Switchblade Automatic Knives
Lovely knives. The bottom one is my personal favourite, it's like an italian vendetta knife. I'd love to have an example in my collection,as each knife would be unique.Imagine the time and effort gathering parts and making springs etc, then shaping the blades, ... A lot of time and effort to each kni...
