objectively? I probably would not carry one as an EDC, but who carries any kinda stilleto as an EDC?? A Boker Kal 74 amongst others would probably be best suited. The word 'kit' seems to be British vernacular for 'item' or 'something made from many parts' to my interpretation and can be applied to almost anything. I work with computers and remember the first time one of my UK counterparts refered to a UNIX system as a kit - I had no idea what he was talking....
