Re: Update Ali Yanik
I just bought a switchblade from the Ukraine, it was shipped on Mar. 20 and I received it today, 11 days. so International mail is still working fine. I don't know specifically about Turkey but...my thoughts are the guy is lying about his situation and giving you the runaround. A tracking number tha...

"I actually thought I had never seen one but then I looked through some JC Knife pics and a few of them do say Spring Knife. Here is one:"
That one actually says "Springer Konig". I can't remember ever seeing one marked Spring Knife.

Re: Feast your eyes
damn, that's a badass knife, looks like a double ended version of one of those rizzuto variants, only much nicer. Every time somebody posts one of his knives I'm always really struck by the creativity and build quality. I would love to see somebody bust that out in a movie!

Re: Problems with SharperDeals
It’s not Bob’s fault. It’s really sad what happened to him. He’s a good guy but had/has health problems and it’s sad it will never be the same for him. Yeah, I guess I wasn't really considering all that, I'm a relative newcomer and I don't fully know the history of some of these guys who have been ...

Re: Problems with SharperDeals
I scanned that avatar image out of "the Latama Legend"--excellent book with lots of great photos. Well, I guess as "punishment" for publicly mentioning that Sharperdeals.net had cancelled my seller account for no good reason they've now also suspended my buyer account and blocked my IP address, LOL....

Re: Problems with SharperDeals
I can view the website, but the only knives it shows are the "featured listings", I think there are other knives for sale but I can't view them? Maybe there are only 17 knives for sale, I don't know. It's been messed up for days for me. Not only that they just canceled my sellers account for not sel...

[quote="orangeboy"]My honest opinion on all the Japanese picklocks and swing guards and minis...I think they were all made in Japan.
lol, I agree with you that all the Japanese knives were made in Japan.

Re: Little bo/bc
Something kind of weird just occurred to me about these knives: despite their general inferior quality, they almost all seem to be in excellent condition. Am I imagining that? LOL, I've never really thought about it but you're right, I don't remember ever seeing one of these in "used" condition. I'...

I always assumed the term "card knife" came from them being sold on cards, similar to the edgemaster/shur-snap, etc. American knives.

I was wondering what it would look like restored, you did a great job of bringing it back from the "dead".

Great post, that is one of the coolest Russian AK prison type knives I've seen, looks super authentic + nicer quality, even has a swinguard
Jeremy is a top notch guy in every regard, making some great knives too!

Re: Walt's 23cm
A $270 knife shouldn't have those issues--having to send multiple knives back multiple times for repairs is messed up and that ghetto safety repair is just sad. They charged you shipping to repair defective knives??

very nice group of knives, love those Medicis! Didn't know they made different sizes of the rapid one-handers.
