Most of my experience with Teflon blades are basically the same as what the other members have stated already....I seen the knife your referring to, and it would probably make a nice case queen if you weren't planning on firing it much, and agreeing with Magnum...the $150.00 price tag seems a little...

I might have to watch that flick again, and look for it.... and the jam at the bar at the Crossroads near the end of the show with Steve Vai...was awesome, and the dude is still shredding those guitar strings to this day.. He is among the elite of the guitar virtuoso's in MHO..

Hey now folks... I was trying to get a little background information on this little blade.. It is approx. 6" overall length, the stag scales are in good condition it looks like..and I don't know if it is me or just a shadow from the picture, but it kind of looks like it has the old style transitiona...

That is sad news indeed...I only dealt with this gent once quite a while back, but as memory serves, he was definately a stand up gent, and took pride in the way he ran his business and the quality of his wares... I am sure he will be missed by many, and hopefully his son will start up where Tiny le...

I just wanted to say that these are a pretty decent knock off Leverlock. I just got mine today.......they seem pretty well made after a pretty close inspection, and with a little drop of Dr. Switchblade's magic lube, their pretty responsive...and the Faux Stag handle material isn't bad either..........

Rick is a heck of a nice guy, and a true artisan when it comes to putting some added class into an already classy piece of cutlery... that is a way nice knife you have there....the veneer is outstanding for sure!

I also received 2 replys from Frank this morning, and from what I have gathered, there seems to be no problems and he hopes to be building knives for another 50 years!
