Last of the frosey binge

this piece features some BEAUTIFUL pre ban elephant ivory scales, 5/64" thick stainless backspring, blade of Craig Barr's 1095 and pure nickel damascus steel and the carbon kickspring. also has the red dot safety, all nickel silver - pins,liners and bolsters.

Err, I'm not really sure if this is the right place to ask this but here goes. Um, how much are these kinda knives if you wanted to buy one? Just a rough figure is all. And what does frosey mean? Is it just the style of the knife or something?
