What knife, and how is it broken?
I may be able to repair it inexpensively.

That one is best handled by 3Knives. I was hoping I could save you a few bucks.

Re: Returns to 3knifes.com
You are treating this like a defective toaster oven from Walmart. Return to 3knives? Dream on. You ran the gauntlet from Italy (where the knives are by the way illegal) to the US where they are illegal in majy states, and now you propose to do this twice more? You imply that there is some type of warranty? Put on you big girl panties and suck it up, buttercup.Peteymcsweety wrote: ↑Mon Jul 06, 2020 6:58 pm Has anyone had to do a return to 3kives.com what is the turn around and what is best way to haandle it i placed an order for 4 knifes and when they arrived one was broken i send 3 emails so far and no answer was wondering has anyone else gone thru this......? ?

Good to see you post again Dave! I don't think he would have anything to lose but a broken knife and the postage sending it back. I'm sure it could be repaired State side but it probably won't be cheap.

Re: Returns to 3knifes.com
It is not illegal to manufacture switchblades in Italy. It requires a permit.
It is illegal to import them into the US.
If 3knives can't help you, I'm sure I can repair the knife.

Re: Returns to 3knifes.com
3Knives orders ship from Austria, not Italy.
i sent them an email about a return the other day.
They told me to send it back.

Re: Returns to 3knifes.com
Your lucky. I sent mine to Bill. Couldn’t be happier.
Re: Returns to 3knifes.com
Perhaps i should add, i live in the EU and i've been a fairly good customer over the last few months.
So maybe its' one, or both, of those reasons.
