Cooking Career

I am 33 and wish to diversify my career and apply for a job in Canada. Please suggest me if its practical to diversify a career at my age and if by taking up any degree now can help. I also need help to know what kind of training/course/degree I should take up to persue this career of my interest.

Not trying to be rude ,but what does this have to do with knife collecting ?

Not rude at all Mr. J.AC. The answer of course is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Both this person's posts have been irrelevant to the subjects studied here.

Moreover I find it most suspicious that anyone would seek career advice from total strangers on a knife forum. Methinks I smell a nascent troll at work....
