Fun With O1 (part 2)
Gentleman:
Here ya go, I had lots o Fun with this one, I learned the need for making a pattern out of Steel. Once you iron out the bugs making more is a snap Have a look see, I took pic as I went.
Here is the line up:
Steel: O1
Handle/Frame: 6061 alum.
Wood insert: Zebra wood
OAL: 9 1/4''
Closed: 5 1/8''
Width: 3/4''
As always please let me know what y'all think, I value your opinions

As a fledgling knife builder I am totally in awe your skills!
I found the step by step build photos incredibly instructive and studied each one closely.
You must have one heck of a shop as well, building the button release mechanism from scratch was especially impressive.
The finished product is very cool, you must get a lot of satisfaction every time you fire that baby off!
