Camel Bone
I assume Camel Bone starts out white. How do you color it? I am not going to do it, but I just bought a Walt's in Camel. Could it be stained?

Re: Camel Bone
It's not so much that it stinks as you are terribly aware that the smell is from grinding bone dust. You can't help reflect on your own mortality when you work with bone.

Re: Camel Bone
Are you sure it was bone? Horn and stag/antlers are made of keratin which is the same stuff as hair so sanding it smells just like burning hair.
