I know i've said it before but very nice work indeed. Man that must of taken some time to line up the file work on the spine with the liners, well done.
Are those brass nails you're using for peening or just for dry fitting.
Also like the display box you have made for each.

yes mr razor it took a while to get the filework all layed out and done - since those pics were taken, i've since finished the filework on the liners all the way around, and done the top of the bayonet blade too!
yes those are brass nails that i use both for the dry fit and the final product - at least these twoi don't have to peen both sides!
mr benny - i personally don't think it takes a lot of skill, just tons of patience and the right tools for the job
the display box is the same purpleheart as the scales, and is actually only for the picklock in the foreground, each piece is half that i will hinge together at the back...
i'm really having fun with this new found hobby
