We shall be heading to Texas directly. Well in a couple days, but that's within the parameters of the Southern understanding of "directly".

My sis wants to know how much that LFB ( Little Fat Baby ) weighed at birth.
Does she have a name?

8 pounds even and her name is Isla. The "s" is silent. Oh and I know the ladies want this additional fact, length was 26 1/2 inch. Why this seems so important, I don't really know. All said and done, the kid was ready to meet her new world and NOW. She wasn't due for a couple weeks :D

Thanks, everyone. Daughter and her new child doing well. I must correct a fat-fingered typing error, baby length is 20 1/2". Less likely to be a basketball star now that this factoid has been adjusted :lol:

Congrats David, what's fun about Grandkids is you get to spoil the hell out of them and then hand them back to Mom and Dad! :lol:
