Damned iff'n I know - I just read it somewhere so I thought I'd throw it in...

My bestest guess is that "prosperous" is that stuff that glows inna darkness...

prosperous means something differant to every one, to me, it's 1.7% social sercurity (?) cost of living increase :roll: :roll: :roll:
