Well here's my first one done. Haven't taken the Lansky to it yet, but otherwise it's complete. Sorry for the lack of focus in the pics....I have a crappy camera. I thought the NS pins would look nice against the dark horn....made the pivot pin from steel. My next one should be done soon...it will be pretty much identical, but with solid dark horn. Will post pics when it's done. I must say....I really like this one.
Hopefully the rest of the participants will be able to post a pic of their's when complete!

Beautiful work Mr_edge .. nice pix too .. I like the thinner scales.. the standard "old-fashioned" feels a little fat to me... doesn't orientate in the hand very well..

All the best

Thanx Teddy....that's actually as thin as I could get them without exposing the hollow front bolsters.

I'm afraid I've never attempted filework...not a big fan of on italians generally. But Rinestones    I like that idea! Maybe my initials set in fabulous rhinestones.
Thanx for the compliments gents. Thanks to RB1 and Arthas for coordinating this project and to Bigg for getting them in my eager hands.

Very classy! See how the Old Fashioned comes alive with nicer, thinner scales?

Thanks Bill....that's about the best compliment a guy could ask for! I really do like the feel of the thinner scales. Truth be known, some of the inspiration for the profile of these scales came from drooling over my leverletto proto.
