Hi Andrea
Wow, another PISCITELLI. I like this knife a lot.
The size is Perfect for as a knife.
If they were not so Expensive (for me) ,I would have also in my collection.
Greetings from Europe

thanks for your appreciation.
Piscitelli is building another with filework, nickel silver bolsters, bayo sharp blade, brass liners.
I only have to choose what kind of horn put.
you're right, these are expensive.
but these knives do not know machinery.
only the hands of people who build them.
in proportion to many knives made in series and which are sold at very high prices there's really no comparison.
many greetings,
your big friend.Andrea

Hi Andrea,
yes I know that they are hand made. They are really beautiful.
That should not mean they are Expensive.
The price is quite ok for this master work.
For my wallet, it is currently too high.

Re: PISCITELLI DARK SMOOTH RAM NICKEL SILVER MASTERPIECE
Caro Andrea ,
Cordiali saluti, Dave
Dear Andrea,
I have noticed in many recent posts here on the forum that you are not understanding comments and questions, and your answers have been in broken English that we non-Italians don't understand either. I do not speak a word of Italian, but there is this great free utility called Google Translate which will allow you to type something in one language and have it come out pretty accurate in another. If it sounds stupid here and there, that's the way computers are.
You can also cut and paste something into the box and it will translate it for you. About a week ago you mentioned some knives that you like on TalkBlade forum and I answered you on Sharper Deals forum. That was probably confusing to start with, but since we both read both forums I though that you would be able to follow. I'm sorry. You sound like you speak better English than you do. There were many forum topics with pictures of very interesting knives that I wanted to point out to you, nothing more. Also, about half of the links that I included got deleted anyway.
In any case, I will post this message with both English and Italian versions and the link to Google translate. I hope that it helps you.
Recently someone asked if there was any chance of getting one of your knives in carbon steel. It's not a matter of whether carbon steel rusts or not, that's what he wanted.
Best regards, Dave
