Havlin 13" Square Button Picklock

Post by FreeTheArmy »

Howdy Folk,
This here is the best of the best --made by PicklockPat.
This is truly a handmade stiletto! Everything carved from bar stock by Mr. Havlin.
Thick 440c Blade and Backspring.
Thick 0-1 Kickspring (kicks like a .45!).
Thick solid N/S Bolsters --the nicest bolster work I've ever seen!
Thick brass liners.
N/S pins, button, safety.
Brazilian Horn Scales.
Tang read: HAVLIN
This particular piece was made for the blade show this past June. It's taken quite a while to finally obtain
one of Picklock Pat's pieces, and WOW!
Hope you enjoy the pics (my camera ain't the best).

Doesn't get any better than that. 8) 8) Congrats! Gorgeous knife.
Some folks call it a sling blade, I call it a Kaiser blade.

Howdy Lars,
Thanks for the reply. You keep up the buying/trading/selling game and you'll have one.
I wish I wouldn't have had to let the Latama go, but these Havlin stilettos ain't cheap, but they're worth every penny :!:

One more 13" square button. This one by Burn, but not sure he makes Italian style stilettos any more.
