Czech para gravity knife CZ77

Post by tanto »

Just managed to get this knife. The knife + the person who makes them is a big mystery. Only few people actually met him, no one knows where he lives. I was told he sells the knives to army shops /pawn shops and leaves no info. A friend of mine just happened to see the knife for sale and new I was interested so he got it for me.

Put me down for one. Love the old school look.
That thing is screaming custom! Only I would not want to change it,I like it the way it is.

It really does. I really admire that well built, almost industrial looking knife. Great story, I want one :D

I have seen many pictures but this is for the first time I was able to handle the knife. As you can see only 106 pieces were made so far. I actually have 2 but one is already sold to a person who inquired about it long time ago. I will try to get more but they are very rare and also quite expensive (mostly because very weak USD/CZK exchange rate). I will also get some measurements and more pictures later today.

Yes, the blade just slides inside the frame. The blade is actually of the same length like the frame, when closed it is flush with the back of the knife.
