Another dagger...with honey horn....

Here's another dagger grind flatguard. This one was featured in Bill DeShiv's on line magazine a coupel of months ago. Its very old and all original. The blade hole goes all the way through on this one. Beautiful amber colored horn scales on both sides.

Ah Switchblade9, you just do this to make us jealous right, (jealous in a good way that is). Should I be like everyone else and mention the handle, ah what the heck, unbelievable horn.

Thanks guys, glad you like it. You don't see horn like that everyday...or any day, I guess! It's so translucent that in the sunlight you can see all of the inner workings of the knife. My collection isn't all that big, but I've managed to pick up a few nice pieces along the way. Quality over quantity, I guess. Besides...who has that kind of money. I heard from a couple of people that went to Atlanta that there was a 13" Latama that was selling for more than $2500. Yikes.

that one has all the stuff that I really like about the italians... honey horn, very cool flatguard, and a really nice dagger blade. it looks perfect.
