Holy Crap in french could be translate by "Oh mon Dieu" (Oh my God).

The douk douk standart and the opinel are always cheap (11 euros for a standart douk, and 6-7 euros for an opinel, those are french price :))

But you're right most of the knives have known a big price increase. The mora scandi knives are great for small price. And it's possible to find cheap and good puukoo blade. (but you have to make the handle :D)

I know the pocket buschman it's a douk douk with a lot vitamin :D

What in the world are those all metal folders with the big hollow toward the shank? Very angular.

The 'Douk-douk' on that website reminds me very much of an odd little pocket knife I found in a trailer park I destroyed. It's swedish, made by an outfit called Normark.
I walked a mile in my enemy's shoes.... And then I stole his shoes.
