Ohio spring assist law

I was told by a Ohio state trooper last night that it is now illegal to sell any, "Spring Assisted Knife BUT is not againsed the law to own one".
Corp. rippoffs total 22Billion but my Ohio goverment is making knife laws.

i read somewhere it is legal to own autos in ohio, but you can't sell or carry them! sux, don't it!
