Hi,
Recently I inherited this folding knife. I would really appreciate any help in identifying the maker or model of this knife, as it is not marked. All of the views are of the same knife.
I hope you know who made this knife, the model name, or maybe even it's approximate age or value.

A wild guess is - French.
The bottle opener is also a can opener, the thumb stud goes against the can edge and you lever the blade UP [push handle down] to open the can
