i have seen many of these and they all peek, wonder if spring is strong or the blade steel is weak. Anybody know?

Yeah I found one other and it had a little peek
I found it at this antique place awhile back and never seen one like it. It’s actually really neat. Something different.
Be a nice addition to any collection. I hate to get rid of it. But I know someone else will really enjoy it. It’s cool how it fires out too with the square rotating switch

I will add the other one I found was exactly the same as this one. So I believe everything on it to be original. Def vintage

You wouldn't be interested in trading, would you? I have a nice Italian 9" swinger in dark Buffalo horn. Pics are down this page.

The handles are chrome plated zinc. The zinc handles are almost always why they peek.

Hold the blade all the way closed, and push the lever down into the "locked" position. See if the peek lessens or goes away.
