ProTech Godfather Jazz

Post by jim d, »

Godfather Jazz with G-10 scales: this knife has never so much as cut a piece of string. It has been stored open in my knife chest since I bought it new and is an immaculate example. $190 shipped (within USA) firm.

Hi Jim,

The ProTech will be a beautiful addition to the family. Thank you very much! I promise I won't cut any string with it either. :)

What are G10 scales?

Take care,

Craig

Craig,

Here is what I could find on G10: "G10 FR4 laminate grades are produced by inserting continuous glass woven fabric impregnated with an epoxy resin binder while forming the sheet under high pressure".

Also, with a ProTech Godfather, the issue to be concerned with is not cutting string but cutting or poking yourself. As one of our members stated: "the Godfather is the only knife in my collection that I actually fear"

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the great information on G10 scales. I can't wait to fire it and feel the fear. :D
