Rommel ??????????

Post by Vagrant »

Fishing up the brook, Rommel runs back downstream and jumps in :?
Then he heads home, with something in his mouth, that he keeps tossing in the air.
When I catch-up with him, he has a guilty look on his face - and a Trout

Looks like a little bit of otter should be included in Rommel's mix.
Polish a knife, cook a pig, drink several beers

Rommel the "Angler Dog"

It amazes me just how much dogs love fish. My Polar Beast always gets some of my shrimp, clams or fish and she will stand with her chin resting on my knee waiting for her next bite.(always leaves my knee wet with drool)

They say not to give your dog food from your plate but I say who are "they"?
She gets bites of a cheese burger or ham sandwich but just lays there watching me,fish really gets her going, she will start jabbing me with her nose until I give her another bite.

Not sure how it works in NH but in Missouri 16 and older need a license and a trout stamp for trout.
Rommel may not be old enough to need a license...unless they count dog years

Ha! Typical. When I was a kid I would give my French Poodle a bath and an hour later she comes home smelling of dead squirrel and matted fur on her back.
