Hi Missa Vagrant,
I have an old bolt action .22 I use for plinking. The finish on the stock has gottin' "thin" just wondering what type of wax one might use renew the finish.

Many gun stores sell stock refinishing kits [includes sealer, stain, wax/oil etc.] 
If you don't want to get that involved, see what type of wax is in the kit and buy some of that type.
