While descussing the "Loch Ness Monster" in emails, with a friend, I used the term "Scotch Mess Monster". Hinting that some sightings were alcohol involved
He replied ; "Rumor has it that next week a similar creature that dwells in the Potomac will be pursued. It's been sighted while slithering through the tidal mud flats and been given the name of "Pelosi Pestilious" or the "Slimey Serpent of Capital Hill".

Re: Loch Ness ????
I would LOVE to be wrong
But, the chances there is anything "unusual" in the Loch are almost ZERO
Peoples ability to fatasize VASTLY excedes their ability to analyze
There is ONLY ONE catagory of "lifeform" that MIGHT [very doubtful] account for the sightings and NO-ONE
has EVER agreed with me
The only reason ???
It ain't "romantic" enough
It IS more logical and [minimally] possible but it would only excite biologists - who WOULD be astonished
Most people can only "think outside the box" to a very limited degree and this limits their ability to use logic

Was that Teddy Kennedy floating in the corner of that picture or a beached whale?
Steel strings and steel springs...what could be better?
