One last wave of the fin and treeshark sinks beneath the surface of the water.
Treeshark has said goodbye to his ghosts
Treeshark thinks that it seems real lonely in the townhouse now that Angela and the other ghosts have left. All of us had a talk and decided it was time to move on.
The other ghosts wanted to visit knife dealers all over the US of A. Said there were lots of stressed out dealers. something about a price increase. sounded like a good idea to treeshark to visit all of those nice dealers.
But Angela, that sweet talking little devil, convinced everyone to take a vacation in Europe instead. So now Angela and the other ghosts are going to vacation in Italy. Someplace called Maniago. Hmm, I wonder if they will find out what type of damascus that AB blade is. Angela and the other ghosts promised me that they would try to find out for me. Treeshark is still trying to fnd out about that Damascus steel blade :?: :?: :?:

Treeshark thinks it is time to work on his sign

Wanted--- Ghosts to share Townhouse
Looking for some female ghosts to share townhouse. Viking or French ghosts from 18th century will be given special attention. Must wear dress from the era. Interest in knives, ability with computers and ability to forge damascus steel are big postives.

Treeshark has decided that if he is going to live with ghosts, then he wants some COOL ghosts. 8) 8) 8)

Nature [and the un-natural] have a thing about vacuums. If anything leaves an area another moves in

Al Pendray has probably got it nailed, if the powdered metal is close it's a happy accident 8) The powdered metal is VERY hard [impossible?] to tell from traditional "pattern welded" Damascus :? The prices of the Italian knives indicate powdered metal. The only source of pattern welded damascus I know of the are economical enough to use on mass produced knives are India. [This is not bad, India made some very advanced steel when western Europeans were still using flint and worshipping bundles of sticks  ]
Treeshark has ordered a Damascis steel blade made in India. Waiting for it to arrive. It is low end but can not help but wonder what the pattern welded Damascus will look like :?: :?: :?:

Treeshark has received his India Damascus steel blade. also 2 India Damascus steel knives. not bad at all.

:!: Of course I would prefer Maniago Damasco Steel but I do not think that SKM would sell me just blades. :?:

But I would think that all of those Italian blacksmiths that hand produce that fine quality Maniago Damasco steel are just sitting around watching chicas, eating pizza and drinking wine.

Perhaps after 3 or 4 months of drinking wine, SKM could sober one of them up enough to make me some Maniago Damasco steel blades.

 But for now, I guess treeshark will just use the ones from India.

Raindrop damascus has, unfortunately, gotten a hold on me and won't let go.

There appears to be no cure! AHHHH!

Treeshark made Stone Knife laugh with the gum comment.
