Post by LEATHERFACE »

new here..had a look around a bit.
just wondered how addicted everyone is to this...how much your willing to shell out for the latest knife.seen some prices on knifeshop etc that are seriously wild...nice knives for sure, but you gotta be loaded to collect those.
my most expensive was the 18" stiletto with brass and wooden handle.
cost 200 usd.

200 USD seems pretty cheap when compared to a custom Burn. Those are truly "too rich for my blood".
Knock loud, I'm sleeping in back.

Hi Leatherface -

By the way; to answer your question as to how much anyone is
willing to spend (definitely not me!), check out the "Squarebuttons
Anyone?" thread below.

The most I've spent on myself and the most I've spent on one for RESALE are two different worlds  I can't afford some of the knives my customers can  This is probably the most expensive I've sold http://www.skm.to/bin/skm.cgi/pager/p/i ... 8189243179  It IS an awesome piece of cutlery

It was the 13" AGA Campolin picklock, around $300. Now it's the Burn by a considerable margin.

Most expensive?
Every knife I was disappointed with.
You forget the price after the credit card heals, quality remains.

A BURN custom but as Milu, Natch & Daddy Loco can attest, when you see & feel the quality of these masterpieces, then the price is more than justified.

In fact, I'd say that compared to some other custom makers, Paul's knives are too cheap :!:

Honestly.
