WANDY INOX

Just got this and not sure what I have here. Tang stamp appears to have been buffed a bit?????, not sure, blade has some slant, as I have noticed on a lot of other 11" knives. As usual I buy, pay too much and try to find out later. Any opinions, good or bad will be appreciated.

I also think the horn is stunning on it,love the black white and honey translucent mix on the front scale .
