Thanks, Jeremy. This is a knife that I'll treasure until they lay the sod o'er me.

I went to Ted Blocker holster maker(s) in Tigard, Oregon. (They were the designer of the original Miami Vice "Lifeline" cross-draw holster). Taking the new Fishtail Picklock to them I explained how father had made his own friction capturing black pouch/sheath. They are making me a duplicate of his original (save for better stitching). They use the best leather money can buy. I paid $65.00 + $10.00 shipping to my PO box. Since this is a bespoke (custom/handmade) sheath I think that it is worth it. (i only plan on buying one in this lifetime). 8)

The pouch/sheath will have an open-top, just like dad's and the basketweave pattern and it will fit the knife precisely and will hang with the bottom of the fishtail even with the top of my belt. I'll have it in about two weeks.

Life is good! 8)
