Leverletto trademark

Post by Bill DeShivs »

Recent happenings with some unsavory characters made me realize the Leverletto name was only trademarked in Europe. What's a fellow to do? I trademarked the name in the US! Now I can sue people who use the Leverletto name.

Go for it Bill - I can't believe they actually used the name Leverletto.

If it hasn't been blessed by Bill, it is NOT a Leverletto.

Really, it makes me sad to think that people in our community would pirate the name of a distinguished designer.

Again, there are a lot of designs long out of production that might be revived without hurting a designer and craftsman so respected as Bill.

Especially since the gent in question is, well, kinda cranky?

An end to these silly feuds! Remember that honor is a gift you give yourself.

So true Krakenten. Worst of all, one of those cranky dudes was a respected member of the forum.

I like the look and feel of a Leverletto more than a Stiletto. Thanks, Bill for all you contribute to the world of switchblades!
