Can't help on price range but in addition to originality you should also checkout who the manufacturer is, I think Wilkinson is the premier one (theirs are still forged and also noticably heavier), that the sheath still has its tabs for sewing onto clothes and how much wear, some patina is good but ...

Using ad-aware and getting rid of MSN messenger from my system made it run a bit faster and with the google tool bar to stop pop ups a lot nicer.

Reminds me of a lady rangemaster who ran the range lunchtimes at the SERC in London a long time ago. I can't remember her name but I'm sure it started with an M, (Margie perhaps), always used to help us pick up cases, usually it was only me and an ex paratrooper who shot at lunchtime - a lovely lady...
