Re: Ti an O1 frame lock

I do not like liner locks (that is the only reason, apart from the price, that I haven't picked up a Valloton knife)...
But I am very impressed by this one here. Excellent job, cleancut :!: :!: :!:

Re: damascus due buoi stiletto

Hello Vito, I thank you for the GREAT job you did on my Thorn that I recently received. Amazing work!! Please do not take offense….. But, I must comment that the lettering on the Damascus is much too large. I believe it would give the knife a more elegant look to go to a smaller print as on my Thor...

Re: DUE BUOI THORN HAS LANDED!

Hello OleRod, Your knife is beautiful so wicked cool. I have a Thorn in Buffalo; I waited 6 months and it was well worth the wait. It is the most perfect knife I own. Vito makes the best most perfect knives on the planet. I can't compare it to a Havlin or Burns, but Vito's knives must be as perfect...

Re: Vintage Italian Switchblade Identification

There is no way that knife could be from the 70s because thay blade style, called a bayonet blade (although it does not look like a bayonet) did not begin to reappear until the very late 80s or early 90s. yup yup But Jim, its a fine knife. As long as you didn't pay out the arse for it, no one ought...

Re: Vintage Italian Switchblade Identification

Judging by the pics alone, I'd say it is a late 80's/early 90's construction. If you could take a pic of the backspring, and a closeup of the inner spring near the rear/bottom bolsters, you might get a more accurate reply. But I doubt this knife is from the 70's. It might even be from the late 90's/...

Pics are updated, and the same suggestion I made before (which I'm quoting here) applies once again.

If you got the money, honey-I've got the time! The most amazing woman in the world, and I are moving soon... Otherwise I'd have placed the order already :!: Good song, though. I wish country music was still turning out songs with the likes of Hank! Hank III sounds (verbally) like his gramps, but ly...

Re: DUE BUOI THORN HAS LANDED!

the clicks you're hearing are probably from the safety wheel touching the bottom of the firing button. Some of these make that sound, some don't. Both of my thorns do this. It's not abnormal. I do recommend holding the firing button down while returning the blade to the closed position to cut down o...

Due Buoi (a special order) Vittorio Centa is AWESOME!!!

Howdy Ya'll, I placed a special (ie expensive) order with Due Buoi at the beginning of the year. I paid for the pieces at the Blade Show directly to Wayne. Yesterday a package came in the mail... I'm a happy SOB, let me tell you!!! :D Dark Rams horn scales (quite a rarity for Vittorio to use). Stand...
