I was actually tucking into a couple of HOTDOGS... SMOTHERED in AMERICAN mustard... HO HO!! Best wishes Teddy Good choice. Coleman's English Mustard is a bit harsh for hot dog duty. Really clears the old sinuses tho, which I bet is one of the main reasons the English use it, what with the often lou...

Great topic :!: This is most strange. Some people with whom I share my hobby (obsession) may show some interest, but not overly so. In my case it has been over 40 years since I bought my first switch in Italy as a kid. After it was stolen, I lost interest until I had a reawakening. Why so long? I du...

Or you could have one of those old Schrade 740's with two spring blades, one for regular work and a smaller penknife blade. With those you also got two sets of buttons and safeties.

That would be dual function.

Also dual ways for something to go wrong

Or Mexican sushi.

No wait, they actually do have something like that. Raw fish "cooked" in lemon juice.

How about this oxymoron: Gourmet British food  Sausage and mash with 2 veg. Yum yum.

Could also be due to the copious quantities of sake and Suntory that are ritualistically consumed as a part of the repast. I was amazed when this banker I knew at the Sanwa Bank gave me a bottle of Suntory. The old joke was that the Japanese copied everything. Damned if they didn't copy the Scotch W...

I don't know about you all, but I have been getting a bunch of spams promoting various schemes to make big $$ on ebay. A lot of these seem to eminate from India. Guess our crust flipping friend has decided to join the parade and recoup something out of his old business. Myself, I would want a teflon...

No problems at all with mechanics. Fires fine and locks up OK. Slight wiggle, but not much at all.

Is It Worth Repairing or Restoring?

I somehow got this Schrade some years ago, probably was in a neglected tool kit I bought at a yard sale. I have been told that it was a very common item. That plus the fact it is in less than pristine condition and has been sharpened, it was not worth repairing the jigged bone scale or restoring in ...
