The beetle is the Blister Beetle (Tricrania Stansburyi) no word on the bee yet.

I assure you it's not a moth, as it does not have scaled wings. As to it being a fly, look at t he head structure.... all wrong for a fly. Also, the only fly I know of that acts as a pollinator doesn't do so out of instinct like a bee, rather a plant has a scent like rotting meat and draws the flies...
