Re: Vintage Italian Trap Door Stiletto

Hello stiletto39,
I wouldn't have this if it wasn't for a good friend who was looking to sell off a few pieces. I was in the right place at the right time.
Thank you, stiletto39, for taking a look and your comment,

Hello Panzerfaust,
The "Holy Grail" of vintage OTF's. I never thought of like that, but it's very possible you're right.
Thank you, Panzerfuaust, for taking a look and for you comment,

An Italian collector I know gave me some history on these knives; this is what he told me: These knives was made in Maniago in the 60's by Rosa Uliana Primo and his brother. He made 3 models: one cow horn handled (with...

Re: Edge Company stilettos

Hello Marc,
Fabulous collection of Edge Company stilettos :!: They're beautiful knives. My favorite is the stag; it appears to have nice textured scales and the color is awesome.

Re: My three Italian MOP's

Hello Tom19176,
Shooting them took me twice as long. Lighting, obviously is the key and I think a white background works for me.
Thank you, Tom19176, for taking a look at my MOPs and your comment,

Re: My three Italian MOP's

Hello panner,
MOP has the classy elegant look to it. I kind of think of it as the knife you would carry in your tuxedo pocket.
Thank you, panner, for taking a look and your comment,

Re: My three Italian MOP's

Hello Lars,
If it wasn't for you and Free asking of a group shot I most likely wouldn't have thought of doing it. I'm glad you like the photos as I have said before MOP isn't the easiest to shoot.
Thank you, Lars, for taking time to take a look at the 3 MOPs and your comment,

Re: My three Italian MOP's

Hello Panzerfaust,
Figuratively and literally they are very sharp. You know how some knives are sharp; these are dangerously sharp.
Thank you, Panzerfaust, for taking time to take a look and for your comment,
