I always make my women carry all the weapons. It gives them a false sense of security, and a L.A.W.S. launcher would get tangled up in my cape, anyway.
Welcome to the asylum, Wonko the Sane.

Greetings cryptomech., hope you enjoy it here. I think you will. I know I'm starting to sound like an antiChinite; I'm not really. But how about trying an Italian designed product that's actually made in Italy? From what little I've learned from experience about this hobby so far, the SKM products a...

ChiCom works for me; brings to mind cheap grenades, AK's, and the sworn enemy of us capitalist pigs through proxies Korea, VietNam, Wal-Mart, etc. Someday soon it may be changed to ChiCap, though. Maybe the middle class over there will be able to appreciate the subtle message of Marx Bros. philosoph...

Vagrant,
When you find out how it's done, could you post the method? I tried to attach a photo recently myself, but am too simple minded and made a mess of it.

Hmm, some sort of pattern emerging here. My story started with a Batanga type "butterfly" knife my father picked up in the Phillapines during WW II. It has ivory scales, and is beat to shit. Still have it and a cheap Vietnamese knock off I picked up in the early 70's, one of the same type, which has...

OK, now I've got it. Gorts topic "The new SKM 7 3/4 Swing Guards" mentions the knife in question, shows a photo, MrBigg suggested it as a forum knife, and a few of us agreed with the idea.

The TalkBlade logo would be a good choice for the type of knife; stiletto with standard blade and a blue handle, but isn't the Imitation Horn knife already of this type? I (think) I saw a photo of a couple in one of the other topics, but am not sure, I'll look again. In my opinion, the others who've...

I just recieved the first of 2 Leverlettos I ordered recently, and am happy to say it lives up to my (childish) expectations. It really is a superior knife, compared to the few other types I own, and Mr. DeShivs is to be congradulated. There are a few minor production flaws, but I expected no less, ...

When I was 4 or 5, another kid dared me to eat some dog food. Now I know why dogs lick their balls.
To get rid of the taste of the dog food.

Bigg,
I think you may have something there. I have begun to think that a guy with purple hair, 103 face and body piercings, and a bone through his nose would be more trustworthy than say, a catholic priest.

Food fight! Next time I'd like to host; fetuccini alfredo & strippers (preferably tattooed), what do you say? Just to cloud the issue a little more, does anybody know what the Chinese are trying to do to our economy? Their currency is artificially "pegged" to ours at the rate of about 40%. In simpli...

I just ordered another one; dark non-imitation horn. the price they're asking is $80.00. This internet purchasing is so easy. A fool & his money, as they say. But I don't feel foolish in this case. Does anybody else think that if a forum knife is ever actually offered, this would be the logical choi...

I ordered one in blonde horn last thursday (09/18/03) from PVK. Would anyone here know if it might be from that first run you're talking about? It didn't even occur to me until I read this thread, I just like the looks and story behind the knife, and its design. The price of any limited run item is ...
