Re: New Buck 110

Thanks. You don't normally have to disassemble them to replace the handles. I'm not doing auto conversions (yet). I pop the old handles off and fit new ones then attach with pins and/or glue

Re: new/old germany switcher

thanks everyone. Duh, I rechecked it (didn't get much sleep last night) it does say springer, NOT switcher. no tang stamp. I contacted a good friend who collects old autos and is quite knowledgeable about them. He says most were made by boker, some domestic and some foreign. He says in Germany Boker...

new/old germany switcher

this one is marked switcher on the rear bolster. Old I think, but new to me., real strong spring. I think it's german and has 16 and 12 ga shell extractors integrated into a guard I think. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e340/crosmansniper/knives/auctionfinds001.jpg http://i42.photobucket.com/albu...

New Buck 110

Heres a 110 I just finished today. I narrowed the frame and bolsters, shortened the bolsters, thinned the bolsters, rounded the bolsters, narrowed the blade, changed it to a modified clip and flatground it. Some vine filework and thin jigged waterbuffalo horn scales http://i42.photobucket.com/albums...
