A buddy of mine is really into puukkos (traditional Finnish fixed-blade knives) and has started a blog about puukkos. He's in direct contact with some master knifemakers in Finland who have contributed photos etc.

The only Italian knife I ever tried to return was a 9-inch briarwood with dagger blade that was a serious banana and had a ridiculous amount of bladeplay. Returned it, got a replacement, and it was exactly the same. Bad run? I don't know. I kept the replacement. Still have it. If I'm buying a new It...
