Hi Bill,everyone else.can you tell me if this is the end for this little ol' knife or can it be repaired?its bo/bc,70's ish,7"long.basically I need to know if the spring is removable,without me pulling it apart(which doesnt look easy!). Thanks, Steve.

$50 is very ok,yeah?this is the reasonable offer.its never been cleaned by some guy in his garage,it was 'rediscovered' recently. 1870?holy s**t. is vagrant about to give me a quick opinion?i wont know bout any markings till its mine.

Hey lookalot,beautifull knife,i wish my first was a walt's 5mm.instead it was a nasty cheap taiwan stiletto with flaking paint. anyway,that one you got there,is it sharpened?i have a 9" walt's very similar but its unsharpened.just wondering if it came that way.

Thanks viking,razor.i will try have a look for markings next time its in my hand.i was offered it for a very reasonable price and thought i'd try find out if it was worth anything.looking at similar pieces on the net,i think i need to jump on it quick.......

I really like it. i like the blade grind and the stamp on the blade,(could be a little smaller maybe)but i like it.
