Certainly if the funds ended up short, for whatever reason, I'd be happy to chip in to make it right.
Me too, thanks Viking45, received the PMO two weeks ago.

Re: Knife

I was late getting in with no preference of blade or number, a knife or a refund, I am fine with whatever works.

Re: Rostfrei knives

I was in Germany 72 - 74 and stilettos and otf's were still available in Frankfurt. I bought a couple of 13's on Kaiser Strasse. They cost 30 Marks each and the exchange rate at the time was 3.24 Marks/Dollar. I never saw any stilettos bigger than 13's.

I know there are one or two in the Lakes region [never been there] :? There is one in Derry/Loundonderry, never been there but, until last week they enforced the OLD law [no switches no double edge] with a vengence  One in my town [Brookline] on Saturday [haven't been yet] and one in Hollis [...

It's only a couple miles from Mass. and sales should be fine.
Where are the best flea's? I am up north a bit and always looking to add to my collection.

Re: Need help dating a Raimondo picklock

I read somewhere that some of the Raimondo stamped knives had plastic scales, would this be one of them? Also, can you please post a pic that shows the shape of the lock tab? Not sure, I don't think the handles are celluloid, I have 6 books to read on switchblades. Here is a better pic of the stamp...

Sorry for the lousy pics. I cannot get the blade or tang stamp in focus.

Need help dating a Raimondo picklock

This forum is great, I am new here. I need help dating a 9" picklock I recently purchased. The blade is stamped RAIMONDO over FROSOLONE and the tang is stamped SPRING over ROSTFREI. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LFOD,
